Dr. Andreas Trønnes
Dr. Andreas Trønnes is a medical doctor from the University of Tromsø, and after completing his studies, he worked for four years at the neurosurgery department at St. Olavs Hospital. He is now a specialist in general medicine and has over 10 years of clinical experience, with broad expertise in both aesthetic medicine, neurosurgery, emergency medicine and long-term patient follow-up.
With a background in surgical practice, Andreas has developed a precise and analytical approach to aesthetic medicine, with particular emphasis on anatomy, safety and technical quality. His experience in surgery and advanced injection treatment is broad, where international work with body fillers has also been part of his professional development.
Today, he is central to the teaching at the Aesthetic Studio Academy, where he further educates doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel. The teaching is structured and practice-oriented, with a focus on reproducible techniques and a solid, evidence-based foundation for safe and high-quality aesthetic practice.

Ramon Espinosa
Operative leader
Ramon is the Operations Manager at Aesthetic Studio Oslo and will have a central role in the company's further growth and development. He will be one of the people you will meet in the future, especially in connection with sales, collaboration and further development of the business.
He holds a degree in finance and economics from Gothenburg University, and has over 10 years of experience in startups, including scaling up and selling companies. In addition, he has more than 15 years of leadership experience from various industries.
Ramon has previously held roles as CRO and CEO, and brings solid expertise in business development, growth strategies and commercial management. His focus is on structuring and scaling the business, as well as ensuring efficient and professional follow-up of both customers and partners.

Madeleine Tverberg
Cosmetic Dermatology Nurse, Clinic Manager
Madeleine is a registered nurse with experience from specialist healthcare, general practice clinics, nursing homes, and aesthetic clinics. She has worked at Lovisenberg Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in patient care, clinical assessments, and procedures within cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. She has also previously worked in aesthetic medicine, which sparked her strong interest in skin health and cosmetic treatments.
Madeleine qualified as a Cosmetic Nurse at Aesthetic Studio Academy in 2026 and is currently pursuing further education in Cosmetic Dermatology and Skin Treatments. Through her studies, she is deepening her knowledge of skin, anatomy, and dermatology. She is passionate about continuous professional development and strives to combine her medical background with the latest expertise in aesthetic treatments.

She has also run her own business in the aesthetic industry for several years, combining a strong clinical foundation with a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine.

Her interest in aesthetic medicine began through her own experiences with acne and rosacea. This background has given her a good understanding of how skin challenges can affect both self-esteem and quality of life, and is an important driving force in her work to help patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Jannike has a particular focus on skin-improving treatments and natural aesthetic results. She is committed to safeguarding the long-term health of the skin and adapts all treatments individually, with respect for the natural anatomy and expression of the face.

Nora har bred erfaring innen skjønnhets- og estetikkbransjen, med bakgrunn innen sminke, hudpleie, parfyme og kundeservice siden 2012. Hun startet karrieren sin hos Estée Lauder, hvor hun jobbet som salgskonsulent i flere år. Her holdt hun også kurs og intern opplæring, samtidig som hun fikk solid erfaring innen produktveiledning, service og individuelle kundekonsultasjoner.
Videre jobbet Nora hos KICKS og senere i duty free, hvor hun fortsatte å utvikle sin ekspertise innen sminke, hudpleie og parfyme. Hun har også erfaring fra en frisørsalong, samt selvstendig arbeid med brudesminke og styling, noe som har gitt henne et sterkt estetisk øye og oppmerksomhet på detaljer.
I februar 2025 ble Nora utdannet kosmetisk spesialist ved Aesthetic Studio Academy. Etter endt utdanning jobbet hun i egen klinikk i 18 måneder, hvor hun videreutviklet ferdighetene sine og fikk praktisk erfaring innen estetiske behandlinger og pasientoppfølging.
Nora er opptatt av naturlige og harmoniske resultater, og legger stor vekt på sikkerhet, kvalitet og en god opplevelse for hver enkelt pasient. Nå er hun en del av teamet hos Aesthetic Studio Oslo.

He holds a degree in film (directing and film history) from the Norwegian University of Creative Arts in Trondheim. After graduating, he has worked as a freelancer in Trondheim, Drammen and Oslo, where he has built up a solid network and a broad portfolio of projects.
Through his work, Mikkel has developed a high level of expertise in commercial video production, with experience from advertising campaigns for TV and social media, music videos, event films, webinar production and documentary formats. He combines technical precision with a strong understanding of visual communication, which ensures targeted and effective communication of messages.
